Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 oz White chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoon Honey or agave syrup or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 8.5 oz Frozen strawberries
  • 8.5 oz Frozen pineapple

Instructions
 

  • Place the coconut milk, white chocolate chips and honey into a high speed food processor and blend. Scrape down the edges and repeat until smooth.
  • Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple to the food processor, blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

It’s best to use frozen fruit in this recipe as it gives a lovely thick smoothie. If using a blender instead of a high speed food processor you may need to defrost the fruit for 10 minutes. This drink is best served immediately.
