small bowl
- 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls sliced in half horizontally
- 0.5 pound sliced deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese or cheddar, provolone
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the prepared baking dish. Evenly layer the sliced ham, followed by the cheese, then cover with the tops of the rolls.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Drizzle the buttery glaze evenly over the rolls, making sure every top is coated. Let the sliders sit for about 10 minutes to soak up the flavor.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the tops are nicely golden and the cheese is melted and gooey.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
