  • 1 cup Kale (or spinach)

  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed meal (ground, or hemp seeds)
  • 1.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain, fat-free)
  • 1 cup Almond milk (vanilla, unsweetened, Silk, or milk of choice; as needed, to reach desired consistency)

  • Add banana, blueberries, kale, flax, Greek yogurt, and half of the milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth, adding remaining milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
