- 1 box Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 1 package baby bella mushrooms or mushroom of choice
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- to taste cracked black pepper
- to taste salt
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- fresh or dried parsley optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Clean mushrooms and pat dry. Pop out stems.
Fill mushrooms with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese.
In a small mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, and cracked black pepper and salt.
Top each mushroom with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes, if desired.
Optional: Top with fresh chopped or dried parsley.
