Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 package baby bella mushrooms or mushroom of choice
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • to taste cracked black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh or dried parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Clean mushrooms and pat dry. Pop out stems.
  • Fill mushrooms with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, and cracked black pepper and salt.
  • Top each mushroom with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes, if desired.
  • Optional: Top with fresh chopped or dried parsley.
  • Enjoy!
