Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces naan or flatbreads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 oz brie cheese, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Place naan or flatbreads on the sheet and brush with olive oil.
  • Layer brie slices evenly, then sprinkle cranberries, almonds, and thyme.
  • Bake 8–10 minutes until brie melts, almonds are golden, and crust is crisp.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Tip: Pre-bake naan for 3 minutes for extra crispness. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days; reheat at 375°F for 5 minutes for best texture.
