Meat
- 1 package refrigerated tortellini
- 0.5 cup heavy cream or half and half
- 6 slices Cooper Sharp American cheese more if you want it cheesier
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- freshly shaved ribeye or thinly sliced steak for cheesesteaks
Vegetables
- 1 finely chopped pepper
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
Seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- parsley for serving
Cooking Instructions
Add olive oil to pan and turn heat to medium high. Add onions, pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
Add in steak and cook until done, chopping it as you go.
Add in tortellini, peppers, and onions.
Cook another 5-7 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
Add half and half and cheese. Stir to combine until cheese is melted and pasta is coated.
Serve immediately.
