Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 package refrigerated tortellini
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • 6 slices Cooper Sharp American cheese more if you want it cheesier
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • freshly shaved ribeye or thinly sliced steak for cheesesteaks

Vegetables

  • 1 finely chopped pepper
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped

Seasoning

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • parsley for serving

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Add olive oil to pan and turn heat to medium high. Add onions, pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
  • Add in steak and cook until done, chopping it as you go.
  • Add in tortellini, peppers, and onions.
  • Cook another 5-7 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
  • Add half and half and cheese. Stir to combine until cheese is melted and pasta is coated.
  • Serve immediately.
