- 3 cups cooked penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 0.5 cups diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine cooked penne pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, chopped spinach, diced onion, minced garlic, dried basil, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
