Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices Texas toast or thick white bread Toasted
  • ½ lb roast beef deli sliced, warmed
  • 8 slices bacon cooked crispy, thick cut
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese melted
  • 1 large avocado sliced, ripe
  • 1 large tomato sliced, seasoned
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce shredded, crunchy
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise for aioli
  • 2 tablespoon butter softened, for aioli
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for aioli
  • 1 clove garlic minced, for aioli
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce for drizzle
