- 1 cup crab meat imitation or canned
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 green onions sliced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- wonton wraps for chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and mozzarella cheese until well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional mozzarella.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
For wonton chips, cut wonton wraps in half and fry in vegetable oil until crispy.
