For the Crust

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into thin fry-like sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Feta Dip

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Spicy Honey Drizzle

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

For Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Main Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  • While carrots bake, prepare the feta dip by mixing feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  • For the spicy honey drizzle, warm honey slightly and stir in chili flakes. Set aside.
  • Arrange baked carrot fries on a plate, drizzle with spicy honey, and serve with feta dip on the side. Garnish with parsley.
