Ingredients
  

  • 3 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced, sprinkled with lemon juice Honeycrisp apples recommended
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1 peach, peeled and diced Can be substituted with nectarines, orange segments, or mangoes
  • 3 tablespoon strawberry preserves Plus more as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, gently mix all chopped fruit together. Make sure your apples are sprinkled nicely with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add fruit preserves.
  • Taste and add more fruit preserves if needed. You can also add 1-2 tablespoon sugar if you prefer.
  • Cover fruit salsa and chill in the fridge until serving.
  • Serve with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.

Notes

You can replace peach with nectarines, orange segments, or mangoes. Microwave jam preserves for 10 seconds to slightly soften them for easy tossing. Substitute strawberry preserves with any other flavor, such as raspberry.
