Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, add sesame oil and sauté broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and onion for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add garlic and ginger; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Return the ground chicken to the skillet, pour in teriyaki sauce, and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice or in lettuce wraps, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
