- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add sesame oil and sauté broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and onion for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add garlic and ginger; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Return the ground chicken to the skillet, pour in teriyaki sauce, and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot over cooked rice or in lettuce wraps, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
