  • ½ cup Honey Extra honey can be drizzled on top for serving.
  • 1 cup Cream Ensure it’s very cold before using for best results.

Roasting the Figs

  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter Melt for drizzling.
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Use sparingly for a balanced taste.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  • Clean and halve the figs, leaving the base intact for presentation.
  • Arrange the figs upright in a skillet and drizzle them with melted butter, honey, and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Roast the figs for about 10 minutes until tender and bubbly.
  • Prepare the ice cream base by stirring together ricotta, cream, and honey in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Cool the mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Churn the chilled base in an ice cream maker until smooth and creamy.
  • Freeze the ice cream in an airtight container, pressing plastic wrap against the surface.
  • Optionally drizzle extra honey over the finished ice cream before serving.
