Make the crust: Using a food processor, pulse the graham crackers and macadamia nuts together into coarse crumbs. Stir in sugar and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
Pre-bake crust for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and leave oven on.
Make the filling: Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and egg yolks. Whisk in lime zest and pour into warm crust.

For best results, use fresh key limes for the juice and zest.
