  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  • Stir in oats and raisins until evenly distributed.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
