- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, combine the panko, parmesan, garlic, parsley, basil, thyme, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour the melted butter into a separate bowl.
Dip each halibut filet into the melted butter, then dredge in the panko mixture, pressing to ensure an even coating.
Arrange the filets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with any remaining melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crisp and golden on top and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of extra parmesan and flaky salt.
