Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound premium bulk sausage
  • 1 pound processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®) cubed
  • 1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies (such as RO-TEL® Original) undrained

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Drain sausage and return to the skillet.
  • Add Velveeta® and RO-TEL®. Reduce heat to medium and cook until fully melted and combined, about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. For a thinner dip, add a splash of half and half in the last 5 minutes of cook time. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or any dipping option you prefer.
