Pasta Salad Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta any shape
- 2 cups cooked corn kernels
- 1 unit red bell pepper diced
- 0.5 unit red onion finely chopped
- 1 unit jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup sour cream
- 1 unit lime Juice of
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with corn, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño.
Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently.
