Ingredients
  

  • cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 red or cara cara oranges (or grapefruit) sliced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Passion fruit or berries optional
  • Granola for topping
  • Honey or honeycomb for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Slice the oranges (or grapefruit) into rounds and cut the banana into thin slices.
  • In a serving bowl, layer the ricotta mixture as the base. Top it with citrus slices and banana, then add passion fruit or berries if desired.
  • Sprinkle granola on top for crunch and finish by drizzling additional honey or adding pieces of honeycomb.
